Al Falah
Al Falah community is a master planned development area which occupies a 12.5 million square metre area, located on the east of the Abu Dhabi International Airport and Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway. It has been designed to provide full community facilities and extensive opportunities for UAE National citizens.Al Falah forms part of a wider Government initiative to create more social housing for the local population. The Emirati Family Housing Program was launched by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council in 2010. The delivery of these housing communities forms a key part of the Government’s commitment to Abu Dhabi’s long term development which ensures that Nationals have access to quality housing constructed by reputable, local developers to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Al Falah consists of five 'villages' presenting 4,857 villas and a range of community amenities. Each of the five villages is arranged around its own landscaped “Village and Neighbourhood Centers’ and will contain a mosque, market square as well as mix of local shops and offices. To ensure convenience of residents all shopping facilities are strategically placed within a 10 minute walk from all villas.
Homes at Al Falah are available in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom sizes with three distinct styles that blend contemporary designs while preserving local and Islamic traditions.
In addition to the community elements of the individual ‘villages’, Al Falah will feature a Town Centre, with a wide range of facilities and retailers, including a regional shopping mall. A hospital is planned and fifteen schools spread throughout the community will cater to all age groups providing a strong school system for parents to send their children; from early learning to high school.
The masterplan for Al Falah is designed to provide full community facilities and extensive social housing opportunities for Emirati citizens. It will also provide integrated retail, commercial, educational, health and leisure uses for the town. The masterplan provides five separate villages and a Town Centre. All of these provide a high quality of life for the residents with well-designed places, attractive public realm, parklands and landscape.

There are two neighbourhood centres in each village offering convenience, retail and service offerings. There will also be a large Mosque in every village centre and a small Mosque at each neighbourhood centre.
