Global management icon, Tom Peters, to present at 2nd Annual leadership lecture in Abu Dhabi

The 2009 Leadership Lecture - "Developing a Culture of Excellence" Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers, Abu Dhabi – Tuesday 10th March 2009

Following the success of the inaugural Leadership Lecture in April 2008, the UAE's most influential business leaders will again gather in Abu Dhabi on 10th March 2009 to attend a leadership forum entitled "Developing a Culture of Excellence", featuring one of the world's greatest modern day business thinkers, Tom Peters. 

Since the publication of his seminal book In Search Of Excellence, Peters has led a management revolution lasting more than 25 years. Setting a new benchmark for how leaders view their relationships with both employees and customers, he has time and again redefined the nature of global business. In Abu Dhabi, Tom Peters will explain why leaders who maintain a relentless focus on achieving excellence in everything they do experience a dramatic difference in their levels of success.

In his presentation Fons Trompenaars will show leaders how to make culture work for their business by dealing with cross-cultural challenges and dilemmas and embracing an evolving innovation culture.
