Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC)
ADIC is jointly owned by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD). ADIC's principal activities include investment and merchant banking; trade finance; portfolio management; securities and commodities trading; brokerage services and venture capital investment.
Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company (ADNHC)
ADNHC is 35% owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi with 65% held publicly. The company has branched out from hotels into transportation, tourism, duty-free, in-flight catering, cleaning and maintenance. Catering division operations include in-flight catering plus provision of millions of meals annually to educational institutions, hospitals, camps and platforms associated with the oil and gas industry.
National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH)
Formed in 1996 as a joint venture with ADIC, the company's primary objectives are to promote Abu Dhabi as an international destination, to supervise and manage hotels and provide transportation and catering services.
