
Supplier Registration
REGISTRATION STEPS / ROAD MAP
Please read the procedure below before you proceed with registration
Step (1)
Suppliers to complete the registration and prequalification application /fields and provide company profile and UAE trade license /Commercial Registration
Step (2)
Following review of above application, company will be asked to supply further prequalification requirements, namely CV’s of key staff, Organization Chart, Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Quality Management Policy, Insurance certificates, and other UAE authorities’ approvals (if needed)”
Step (3)
The last step (and if required) company will be asked to do a power point prequlaificaiton presentation in line with the submitted documents, for final capability assessment (date and time to be specified.)
Note: if a company has lost user name and / or password, they can reset it through www.aldar.com/suppliers. Click the “Reset Password” button and supply primary or secondary contacts email and the system will generate a new password.
Please read and accept the terms and conditions before proceeding with registration. Only users authorized by the supplier management should use this registration page.
Once registered, the system will generate a unique id and password that will be emailed to you. Login in with this id and password to continue with the registration process.
When you register, your company is added to our Supply Chain database. This Database is used to identify potential suppliers that are capable of providing products and services necessary to meet our supply chain requirements. Inclusion in this database does not guarantee a business/bid opportunity from ALDAR.
However, by becoming a part of this database, your company will be exposed to our procurement personnel when sourcing activity occurs. Therefore, it is important that you provide a concise, thorough and accurate description of your company, products, services, and capabilities.
