Asset Management

Within our Asset Management team, we have opportunities across the full spectrum of the sectors in which we operate. Whether you are an experienced professional, or seeking to commence your career, Asset Management is divided across residential, commercial and retail.

Additionally within the Asset Management team, we have opportunities for those seeking to work in both retail leasing, as well as in hospitality and leisure.​


Aldar's Commercial Department houses many of the Company's outward facing teams. Incorporating opportunities for the sale and lease of both residential and commercial products within Aldar's inventory, the Commercial Department also includes Aldar's Customer Services team as well as Commercial Operations.

Also sitting as a core part of the Commercial Department is Aldar's Marketing and Communications team, who play a significant role in engaging stakeholders on the Company's products and services.​

Development Management

Aldar's Development Management Team contains roles for those with experience in Investment Analysis, Land Development, Retail and Mixed Use Development, Residential Development. As a leading developer we are also involved in a number of special developments within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.​

Legal, Compliance & Corporate Compliance Secretary

At Aldar, our in-house legal team are commercially aware with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Combining professional qualifications with strong in-market experience, the team provides sound legal analysis, research and counsel on all legal and regulatory matters.​

Internal Audit

Our internal audit team focus on ensuring that Aldar is compliant with the Company's internal guidelines as well as regulatory guidelines, all the time seeking to meet with best practice standards. In addition to being responsible for and executing financial and operational audit activities, our internal audit team is often called to work on a number of special projects as they arise.​

Human Resources

People are central to Aldar's business and within our Human Resources we have teams that are focused on Learning & Development, Organization Development & Performance Management and Manpower Planning & Recruitment. We also incorporate Employee Relations and payroll functions into the Human Resources Department.​

Finance, Administration & IT

Within Aldar's Finance, Administration and IT Department, our team is split into, Corporate Finance, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Administration, and IT.

Strategic Planning

Aldar's Strategic Planning Department incorporates our Strategic Business Planning and Risk Management teams as well as our Strategic Investments team and Strategic Projects Office.​


Aldar's Operations Department includes personnel working across Project Management, HSE, Project Operations as well as Design & Master Planning.


Aldar's Procurement Department encompasses Corporate Procurement, Tendering, Contract Administration & Claim Management and Cost Estimation.​
