At Aldar we follow a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that every candidate is treated in a fair and consistent manner. For all opportunities, we ensure that there is an up to date job description against which we screen all CVs in order to develop an initial shortlist. A candidate's potential line manager will then review the shortlisted candidates.
For candidates being called to interview, you may be asked to submit specific documents in advance.
Your interview will involve meeting with those from your prospective department as well as representatives from Aldar's Human Resources Department.
Following successful selection, candidates will receive an offer letter and upon acceptance by the candidate, references will be requested.
Pre joining formalities will then be completed such as agreeing a start date and securing Ministry of Labor approval prior to the candidate's first day and induction.
