Yes, direct/online bank transfers, cheques, or cash deposits through CDMs are available as alternative payment methods. However, we highly recommend using the TAMM/MePS portal to expedite the approval process. If you choose to proceed with a payment through other methods, please:
  • Wait until your MePS application reaches the 'Pending Payment' stage.
  • Email the Tasareeh Accounts Team at taccounts@tasareeh.ae with your MePS application reference number to request bank account details.
Detailed Receipts are available for download at the time of payment only. If you missed downloading it, please email taccounts@tasareeh.ae with the application number, and we will provide a summarized receipt from the TAMM/MePS portal.
To request a tax invoice, email taccounts@tasareeh.ae with your VAT certificate or Tax Registration Number (TRN) attached.
Yes, email the Tasareeh Accounts Team at taccounts@tasareeh.ae with a detailed explanation of your concerns. Your request will be reviewed, and adjustments will be made if deemed appropriate.
Applications are marked 'Cancelled' if fees remain unpaid for more than 13 months. To reactivate your application, email taccounts@tasareeh.ae with a list of unpaid applications. Once reactivated, you can proceed with payment and approval.
This could occur if the payment process was not completed on the TAMM/MePS portal. Please wait three to four business days for the amount to either be refunded or reflected on the portal.
For such cases, contact the Tasareeh Accounts Team at taccounts@tasareeh.ae to request a fee waiver. Note that fees are waived only if the final application is approved automatically following a preliminary review. Fees apply if additional reviews are conducted.
