Aldar Launches Saadiyat Reserve The Dunes

  • 83 four- and five-bedroom villas open for sale to all nationalities
  • Customisable finishes and specifications according to customer preferences
  • Prices start from AED 6.49 million and sales commence on 3 July

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 30 June 2021: Aldar Properties (‘Aldar’) announced today the launch of the last phase of Saadiyat Reserve, the company’s latest residential community in the heart of Saadiyat Island. Located a short distance from key attractions and amenities on the island, including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Manarat Al Saadiyat, Soul Beach, and NYU Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Reserve The Dunes is made up of 83 high quality villas with access to community retail, a school, a mosque, fitness areas, sports courts, and swimming pools that will be developed within the Saadiyat Reserve masterplan.

While the first phase of Saadiyat Reserve offered villa plots, the last phase offers customers of all nationalities the convenience of four- and five-bedroom villas. Set to be completed by Q1 2024, Saadiyat Reserve The Dunes is set to provide an attractive avenue to home ownership on Saadiyat Island. Prices for four-bedroom villas start from AED 6.49 million and span 539 sqm, while five-bedroom villas start from AED 7.99 million and range from 637 sqm to 686 sqm. Each villa benefits from beautiful modern designs, and the finishes and specifications can be customised according to the owner’s preferences. Based on customer feedback and the latest home trends, each villa has a study and both wet and dry kitchens.

Commenting on the launch, Rashed Al Omaira, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldar Development said: “Saadiyat Island is now one of the UAE’s most desirable destinations and an aspirational location to live in. Saadiyat Reserve’s masterplan allows for every property to benefit from open space, lifestyle amenities and parks, which will enhance the outdoor living experience for residents. Once the masterplan is fully completed, a community hub, sport areas, and family gathering spaces will form three distinct focal points, where residents can enjoy picnic and play areas, lagoon pools, fitness stations, sport courts and more. A pedestrian and cycle network will connect all areas of the community.

Villas at The Dunes were designed with sustainability and healthy living in mind, employing materials to reduce waste, establish a sustainable living environment and facilitate the well-being of residents. In line with Aldar’s commitment to the UAE’s In-Country Value (ICV) programme, there will be a significant focus on sourcing building materials for the project locally in order to reduce carbon emissions. High insulants and solar reflective material used will help to reduce heat absorption and retention to create a cooler environment with less need for AC usage. Villas will also have an efficient solar water heating system in order to reduce electrical consumption.

Saadiyat Reserve is located opposite the New York University Campus and is close to several landmarks, including Louvre Abu Dhabi and Cranleigh School as well as iconic retail, leisure, and entertainment destinations. The community also benefits from its proximity to the E12 highway offering easy access to Yas Island, the main Abu Dhabi island, as well as to the E10 and E11 arterial highways.
