Future Talent Programme
Our 12-month programme is tailored tor Emirati graduates aiming to advance their careers at Aldar and across the private sector. Aligned with the Abu Dhabi 2030 Economic Vision, this programme offers robust, future-focused upskilling opportunities, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in tomorrow’s job market.

Developing corporate skills is essential for the effective delivery of day-to-day tasks and future growth. As part of the Future Talent Programme, trainees will complete a set of professional and technical development journeys that will provide a springboard for future success.
During the training period, trainees will have the opportunity to engage and learn from experts in various career fields and gain direct access to mentorship and guidance from them.

Eligability Criteria
Category
- Holders of a bachelor's degree at minimum
- Having graduated no more than 2 years prior to application date
- Completed Military Service (Male Candidates)
Demographic
- UAE Nationals with a Family Book
- Living in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
Academic Profile
- IELTS 6.0 or able to demonstrate the English language proficiency
- Studied relevant fields to Aldar group & subsidiaries' core businesses
Programme Pathway
Assessment
Selected applicants will be asked to complete a series of psychometric, individual, and group assessments.
Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at Aldar’s head office.
Induction
Successful candidates attend an induction to learn more about Aldar and the Future Talent Programme.
Learning
Programme participants will engage in a challenging and rewarding learning journey consisting of technical and professional skill building, in the class, online, and on the job!
Teambuilding
Programme participants will engage in fun and engaging activities to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
