ALDAR APPOINTS BAYAN AL HOSANI AS CHIEF PEOPLE AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Abu Dhabi, UAE – 18 April 2023: Aldar Properties ('Aldar') announced today that it has promoted Bayan Al Hosani to Chief People and Communications Officer, further strengthening the female and Emirati representation on its senior management team.
Bayan's career journey with Aldar started in 2005, and through her hard work and dedication became the first female member of the Executive Management team. In 2019, she was appointed Executive Director of People, Culture & Performance, focusing on creating and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture supporting Aldar's business strategy.
In her new role, Bayan will continue to work closely with the Group CEO and Executive Management to strengthen Aldar's talent agenda further and advance its marketing and communications strategy as the company continues to push ahead on its transformational growth journey.
Over her time with Aldar, Bayan has played a key role in developing and strengthening the company's position as an employer of choice in the UAE and the real estate sector in general. She has also spearheaded Aldar's Emiratisation strategy, which is aligned with government initiatives and has resulted in more than 320 new Emirati employees joining the company since the launch of the NAFIS programme in 2021.
Bayan serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Aldar Education and Musanada. She previously served as Vice Chairwoman of Aldar Hospitality and was a member of the Board of Directors of Khidmah.
